The PAX A920 is a legacy terminal and is no longer actively offered for new installations. For new setups, Nexi Switzerland recommends migrating to the Ingenico DX8000, which provides improved performance, modern Android capabilities, and long-term platform support.

The PAX A920 is an Android-based payment terminal designed for mobile and in-store payment acceptance. It combines a touchscreen interface, integrated printer, and strong connectivity in a single device.

At Nexi Switzerland, the A920 is positioned as a standalone terminal. It is particularly suited for merchants who require mobility while also benefiting from integrated receipt printing.

Features

The A920 supports standard payment operations such as payments, refunds, reversals, daily closing, and receipt printing.

Additional capabilities such as QR-based payments (e.g. TWINT), tipping, and Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) may be available depending on the merchant setup.
